Theft Loss Waiver (TLW)
Included in the rates, this covers the renter against theft of the vehicle or part thereof but this does not cover loss or damage to any property left in or transported in or upon the vehicle All costs are covered except for an excess (first amount payable) as indicated.

Exclusions which are not covered by TLW are as follows - tyres,hubcaps,windscreen and undercarriage damage.

Full Cover (CDW & TLW)
A unique and creative option is available to all Comet customers. You may "insure your excess" and you will then have nothing to pay for repairs to the rented vehicle in the event of accident or theft. Compare this to our opposition who offer a very expensive "super CDW" but nothing to cover theft. These rates are extremely affordable and we recommend you take this option.

Exclusions which are not covered are as follows - tyres,hubcaps,windscreen and undercarriage damage.

You may choose our optional cover of R20 per day (Group P,A,B,C,Z) or R50 per day (Group D,G,X,Y) extra charge to include these items and give you complete peace of mind.
